1. Who we are

Stitchline is made and operated by Hobbs Peak Designs LLC, Temple, Georgia, United States ("we", "us"). By installing or using Stitchline you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. What Stitchline is

Stitchline is an app for Wix sites that helps custom print, embroidery and engraving shops build quotes and orders, send payment links and status emails, track production, and prepare vendor purchase lists. It runs inside your own Wix site and stores its data in that site's database.

3. Your account and your site

You must be allowed to manage the Wix site where you install Stitchline. You are responsible for the activity on your site, for the accuracy of the prices, tax settings and customer details you enter, and for your own customer communications and orders.

4. Plans and billing

Stitchline offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current plans, prices and any free trial are shown on the Stitchline listing in the Wix App Market. Wix handles billing, renewals and cancellations for paid plans, and Wix's own billing and refund terms apply. We may change plans or prices with notice in the App Market listing. Changes do not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Vendor lists and third-party services

Stitchline prepares order lists for vendors such as S&S Activewear, SanMar and JDS Industries. It does not place orders with those vendors for you. You are responsible for checking every list, color, size and quantity before you order, and for your own vendor accounts, prices, stock and shipping. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vendor named in the app or on this site. Vendor names are used only to describe compatibility.

6. Optional AI help

The troubleshooting assistant can optionally use an AI model through an API key that you supply. If you turn it on, only the question you type and a short setup summary (never your keys, customer names or order details) are sent to that provider under your own account and that provider's terms. AI answers can be wrong. Check them before you act on them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Stitchline to break the law, to infringe anyone's trademarks, copyrights or other rights, to send spam, to interfere with the app or other users, or to attempt to reach data that is not yours. You are responsible for having the right to use any logo or artwork you upload or mock up. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

8. Your data

Your orders, customers and settings stay in your Wix site. You can export or delete them at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

9. Support

Support is by email at info@hobbspeak.com or phone at 770-796-4770, weekdays. We aim to reply within one business day. The in-app troubleshooting assistant is the fastest first step.

10. Changes to the app

We keep improving Stitchline and may add, change or remove features. We will try not to remove a feature that paid plans depend on without notice.

11. No warranty

Stitchline is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet every need of your shop. Mockups are previews, not proofs. Always approve final art and production details with your customer.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost orders, production errors, vendor errors or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Stitchline. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Stitchline in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you are on the Free plan.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using Stitchline at any time by removing the app from your site. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

15. Changes to these terms and contact
