Stitchline began as the back office of Hobbs Peak, a family-owned custom apparel and leather patch hat shop in Temple, Georgia.
Why we built it
Our orders come from churches, schools, ball teams, utility crews and small businesses around West Georgia. Every one needs a quote, a payment, approved art, blanks ordered from a vendor and a date on the calendar.
We were doing that with a spreadsheet, an invoice tool, email and notes, and typing the same order into three vendor websites. Stitchline is what we built so we would stop.
We still use it for our own orders. Whatever we change, we feel it first.
What we promise
- Your data stays on your site. We do not copy it to our servers or sell it.
- Customers only hear from you. Emails go to the one customer on the order, from your address.
- We say what is not built. The features page lists what is missing.
- A real person answers. Email or call, weekdays, and we reply within one business day.
