From quote to pickup in six steps
Each step feeds the next, so nothing is typed twice. Here is what happens, and what your customer sees.
Build the order
Pick the item, the decoration and the placement. Add the customer’s logo and see it on the garment. The price comes from your quantity breaks, setup fees, personalization and rush rules.
Hats, apparel, laser engraving and custom items.
Send the payment link
Stitchline creates the invoice and a payment link. The pay page shows what they are buying, with the first photo. Status emails go out from your own reply address to the one customer on the order.
Get the art approved
The customer opens a mockup page on your own site, approves it or asks for a change, and you get the answer by email. The board shows the approval status, so nobody is guessing.
Mark it paid
The order moves to production and its blanks are split into one list per vendor.
Place your vendor orders
Open the Vendors tab, copy a list into that vendor’s order form, and mark it ordered. Combine queued lists to reach a vendor’s free-shipping minimum.
Finish and hand off
Print a pick list, move the job to Ready, and send the pickup or shipped email. Ask for a review when the job is done.
Step one, up close
Choose a garment, a decoration method and a placement. Enter sizes. Stitchline prices the line from your own ladder as you type, and the customer’s logo shows on the garment.
How the vendor lists work
This is the part that saves the most typing, so here it is in detail.
- Each garment on the order remembers which vendor it comes from.
- When you mark the order paid, Stitchline writes one list per vendor, with style, color and size.
- Lists wait in a queue until you order them.
- You copy a list into the vendor’s site and mark it ordered.
Stitchline does not place orders for you. You stay in control of what you buy and when.
