1. We create your shop

   You send your shop name, website and logo. We create your shop link and a private admin key. The admin key is shown once; keep it somewhere safe.

2. Set your rules

   Open your builder, scroll to the bottom and choose "Shop admin". Enter your key to reveal the Shop settings tab. Set ink color limit, blank and print prices, quantity breaks, setup fees, DTF rates, which brands and styles to offer, and your watermark. Screen print has a 50 piece minimum; DTF has no minimum. Changes save to your shop automatically and apply to every customer.

3. Check it as a customer

   Open your builder link in a private window with no key. You will see exactly what customers see. Shop settings stay hidden for them. Send a test quote to yourself.

4. Put it on your site

   Add the builder to a page on your website as an embedded frame, or link to it from your menu. We give you the exact snippet for your site builder.

5. Quotes arrive by email

   Each request comes with the customer's details, sizes, placement, notes (including any AI look notes) and the artwork and mockup views attached. You reply with a proof.

Admin access

Settings are protected by your shop's admin key. Only someone with the key can see or change them. If a key is shared or lost, ask us for a new one.

Hat builder

The patch hat builder works the same way: a footer link opens the admin panel for the watermark, side and back embroidery pricing and the pay now option. Patch types and catalog live on the full settings page with the same key.
