Does it work on Wix?
Yes. Embed it in a page with an HTML embed or iframe block today. A Wix app listing is in progress.
Does it work on other website builders?
Yes. It is a single web page, so it works anywhere you can embed a page: Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, WordPress or your own site.
Where do my customers' orders go?
To the quote address you set in settings, which is your own website. If you leave it empty, customers see a summary and a mockup to send to your phone or email.
Can customers pay in the builder?
The Order & pay now button sends them to checkout on your store when your quote address is set up for it. You can turn the button off.
Which hats can I offer?
About 200 styles from nine brands: Richardson, Lost Hat Co, Zapped, 1010, SD Hat Co, Legacy, Yupoong, Imperial and Comfort Colors. Turn off any you do not sell.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Move every price by a percent, add a flat amount per hat, or type exact prices by style and quantity. Prices are what your customer pays per hat.
What patch options are there?
Five patch types (leather, leatherette, PVC, embroidered and woven), seven shapes from 1.5 to 3.5 inches wide, and nearly thirty LoneStar Adhesive leatherette colors. Embroidered patches have an optional 3D puff. You choose which to offer.
What logo files work?
PNG, JPG, SVG and WEBP up to 20 MB. Dark artwork on a white or clear background works best. The builder warns about low-resolution files.
Can I set minimums and turnaround for each patch type?
Yes. In settings you can set a minimum quantity and a turnaround time for each patch type. Customers see them in the builder and cannot send an order below the minimum.
Are the leatherette colors exact?
Close, not exact. The colors follow LoneStar Adhesive's color names and product photos, and screens vary. Your proof shows the real sheet.
Is the preview exact?
It is close, not exact. It shows patch size and placement faithfully, and your own proof is the final word before anything is made.
Does it support embroidered, PVC and woven patches?
Yes. Embroidered, PVC and woven patches are patch types alongside leather and leatherette. Each shows the logo in one color today.
Can I upload my own hat photos?
Not yet. The builder comes with a library of about 200 styles with real front photos. Uploading your own is on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?
The builder does not keep customer data on our servers. Quotes go straight to your site. See the privacy page for details.
